My Lairig Ghru hill race 2004

This is a collection of photographs that I took with a disposable camera way back in 2004, back when I was thinner, had more hair, a greater propensity to pose with my hand on my hip and also still keen on carrying a camera. Alas I rarely carry one these days and I'm sorely tempted to edit out the "hand on hip" shot but it's part of history now and I can't bring myself to delete it. It's a great race through some splendid scenery and if I can ever stop entering the West Highland Way race I'll definitely come back to run the Lairig Ghru again. |
